Recently I had an issue with my H2 and was having some difficulty with the personnel from the extended warranty dept. Once the warranty issues were resolved there was some delays in getting the parts needed...
I want to let you know that Steve was very professional during this time. He kept in touch with me on a daily basis and he never made excuses... ONce the parts arrived, my vehicle was fixed and I was notified without further delay.
...being the owner of a H3, since 2005 and now an H2, I have only positive things to say about your service dept. because of the professionalism they have displayed to me recently and in the past. Both of these guys, as well as the rest of the service dept., should be commended on the professionalism and personal involvement that they take to satisfy the customer(s) and assure their vehicles are fixed properly and are back on the road in a timely manner.
